Location: Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, 200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way

In the 16-minute film at the center of the exhibition, from the 1950s to the 1960s, the city of Palm Springs, under the guise of "slum clearance," forcibly removed residents from Section 14. After a federal law change in 1959, these residents were evicted and their homes destroyed to make way for economic development.
